How long did it take to adapt to your work environment?

This is subjective though I think many can relate with me in the fact that you settle in quite quickly, the environment forces you to absorb and adapt yourself and you can get used to the whole 9-5 life quite quickly in my opinion. An example being when I first joined and met my team, it was definitely scary on the first day but the programme really endorses breaking the ice and getting to know one another, once you break the first barrier its quite easy to flow from there and as with all things it will happen over time and everyone understands that.
