What is the best thing you like about law apprenticeship and would you recommend it over University?

The thing which I like most about my apprenticeship is the personal development which has come through balancing work and study. Work has built my confidence, my presentation and speaking skills, and has given me the hands-on experience which I will need throughout my professional career. Studying towards an LLB has given me experience in legal research, writing, and has honed more of those presentation skills which I practice at work. In the last two years, the combination of these two learning methods has, I believe, given me a very well-rounded education which I believe university just can't offer.
