Is It different to others?
Hi Amy,Not sure what you mean by "different to others". But I can say that the application process for most apprenticeships (degree or otherwise) is similar for [link removed] start by submitting your CV and answering some questions like "why do you want to work for us" etc. This is just to gauge who is actually interested in the position and not. Then you'll have a virtual assessment which is usually like maths & english tests rolled into one (this one may be different depending on industry, I can only speak for science ones). Then, you'll have one or two rounds of virtual interviews - these may be recorded and sent to the company, or held live over Zoom with an actual employee. Finally, you'll have the assessment centre, which is hugely different between companies. For me, my assessment centre was testing my scientific knowledge related to the role I was applying for, as well as getting to know the final applicants and seeing who stood out. Hopefully that helps, I didn't understand your question entirely :)
