I think what stood out on my CV to get my project management degree apprenticeship was my work experience linked to core project management soft skills. For example, I volunteered to teach English to a Ukrainian refugee. While this isn’t directly related to project management, it reflects core transferable skills such as communication, organisation, and time management. These skills are vital in any project management role, regardless of the industry.
