What opportunities are there for progression after completing the apprenticeship?

Hi there KristoM, There are plenty opportunities for progression after completing an apprenticeship - A lot of people that do apprenticeships usually remain within the company that they did an apprenticeship with just adopting a normal role if this aligns with their career goals or if there is a role available for them but usually spending 1-4 years in an apprenticeship with a company, you have developed a relationship with the staff and have a clear understanding of the company, with that being said some may prefer to take the experience and qualification and move on towards another role or another apprenticeship.
