What do I need to apply for a degree apprenticeship as lots of people are doing UCAS Applications but I’m not sure If I need too that. or is it a strong cv and something else ?
Hi Ollie,This is a very important question!Degree Apprenticeships mostly require you to have completed Level 3 qualifications, such as BTECs or A-Levels, and some apprenticeships offered from larger companies may specify certain subjects they wanted you to take ([link removed] Mathematics). When you apply, a strong CV is usually required, and in some cases, you may be asked to attach a Cover Letter too (although this is rare and not compulsory). You do NOT need to apply for UCAS if you are applying for apprenticeships. This can simply be done on the companies’ websites, or application websites, such as [link removed] or RateMyApprenticeship. My school recommended that I apply for University through UCAS anyway, even though I had no intentions of going to Uni, as this means I had a back up option if I did not receive an apprenticeship [link removed] hope this helps!Any more questions, just let me [link removed]
