You will have technical training through your formal qualification, on the job training and even exposure to the industry and its regulation and [link removed] will also develop soft skills while actively working in your role such as communication, teamwork, adaptability and problem solving , also things like professional and ethics. Both soft skills and technical skills are important and will be picked up almost simultaneously as you go along throughout your workday
