How important are A levels in attaining an apprenticeship

Hi Joshua,Thank you for your question. It completely depends on what level apprenticeship you are applying to. For level 3 apprenticeships, they are not necessary. For level 4 apprenticeships, they may require level 3 qualifications such as BTECs and A levels on a very relaxed level (low grade requirements). However with level 5 to 7 apprenticeships, you would definitely require some form of level 3 qualification at a decent grade. This includes BTECs or A levels. Grade requirements however can differ from AAA to CCC so don't worry too much. In some cases, the requirements may be even lower.
