How much work experience do i need and does it have to be virtual or in person

Hi HM26,Honestly, you don’t need loads of work experience before starting an accountancy apprenticeship - what really matters is being keen to learn and getting stuck in. Most employers know you’re there to learn, so even a bit of experience, whether it’s in person or virtual, that helps you get comfortable with basic tasks and working with numbers is great. Don’t worry if you haven’t done much yet - apprenticeships are literally all about learning on the job!Hope this helps.
