I'm really sure I want to do an apprenticeship but I want the independence and life skills like living alone that comes from going to Uni. I was wondering if there was a way I could somehow incorporate it to working as an apprentice such as living in work provided accommodation but I don't want to get an apartment. I hope you see my thought process, What do you suggest?
If you choose to do a degree apprenticeship, you can live in student accommodation, which gives you the freedom and independence you may be looking for. In addition, there are services such as Apprentice Living that offer housing specifically for apprentices, providing a social environment similar to university life.
Thank you very much. One more thing is it paid for?
Usually accommodation is not paid for however there is a possibility of receiving financial support depending on factors such as your circumstances, employer, and the type of apprenticeship etc.
