What keeps you motivated as an appreciate and how do you make sure you are adding value to your team ?

The most important way to stay motivated is to keep reminding yourself how hard you worked to get where you are. To make sure you add value to the team, just make sure that you jump into any tasks that you are set. Make sure to ask questions and I would massively recommend regular catchups with each of them so you get to learn what it is that they do. I found that starting with the smaller admin tasks helps take a load off the team and also teaches you about how the business works. Just offer to help with anything the team needs and offer ideas and suggestions when you think of things.
