Hi, great question!I enjoy the freedom I get in my job role, as it's not like school where you are assigned a fixed timetable and you "must" do these tasks in this order. I can plan my own weeks and take on work that interests and stretches me. One of the most important things I've learned is that you can never stop being a student, regardless of your age. People of any age can learn and [link removed]'s also really important to appreciate that things will be difficult, no matter what you do in life. It's how you react to it that determines whether you'll manage and succeed, or not. I think that's helped me grow into the scientist and person that I am [link removed] that helps!
