Hi Diontaecooper, There are many routes into banking and finance. Some people attend university, gain a summer internship, and then return as a graduate. Others choose a degree apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience while studying, and progress into a full-time role. It’s also possible to go straight into work without further education. The best approach really depends on your learning style—if you prefer practical, hands-on learning, an apprenticeship may suit you; if you want to keep your options open, university could be the better path; and if you’re eager to start working right away, applying directly for a role in a local bank is also a good option.
