Hi, you are seen as a Full-Time Employee. However, managers are considerate about the workload of doing a full-time role, university degree, and other apprenticeship responsibilities.

Hi RoannaKaren, In my experience, Apprentices are treated like regular employees, working the same hours (except for study days) and meeting the same obligations and expectations. While new apprentices are initially viewed as “works in progress” and receive strong support, by the later years of the program, they are generally regarded as full employees. And going into my fourth year of my apprenticeship, I'm definitely treated at as an employee!
