Hello Ray, to answer your questions🙂How long? Application process starts January usually, interviews are March-ish and start in [link removed] to apply? Find roles through company websites, or platforms like indeed/gradcracker, do online test & interviews and hopefully be offered a [link removed] happens when accepted? You provide employment eligibility documents (passport etc.), sometimes go to intro event, registered as an employee, move to the town/city where company is, start your apprenticeship, meet your team/manager [link removed] you're not accepted? Apply for more roles, ask for feedback so you can improve for next role, look at university clearance options, or take a gap yearRecord they go by? I'm not sure what you mean by this, but maybe the answer is - They check your grades against what they have as requirements & your CV, as well as interview you, to ensure you're a right fit for the company.
