As a sixth form student I was wondering if you could recommend me any good work experience opportunities for biomedical/mechanical/general engineering or a good engineering company in which I can do some work shadowing as I haven’t been able to receive work shadowing of an engineer yet. Also, which engineering topics interest you the most?

It’s great for looking for work experience and summer placement opportunities. I would also recommend research companies who do any projects or topics that interest and send their early careers team an email about your interest in work experience and shadowing.

I am mostly interested in civil design of water systems and railways. Also in project management in civil engineering
