Quantity Surveying & Project Management Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship scheme is a four-year programme that combines learning on the job, formal training, and optimum support. It is open to individuals with A-levels, who have chosen not to pursue a degree.

You'll work within our Project & Cost Management department and have the opportunity to be engaged on some of the most exciting fit-out projects for some of the most well-known global brands and large capital planning projects for investors and landlords.
This Quantity Surveying & Project Management apprenticeship teaches you about, negotiating contracts and prices, assessing, evaluating and managing construction projects to ensure the best value for money and quality including life cycle costing, cost planning, procurement and tendering, contract administration and commercial management.
This apprenticeship includes an RICS-accredited undergraduate degree and on completion will result in Chartered status of RICS (MRICS).
You will work for four days a week and have a mandatory study day each week.

- A minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C (or 4) or above including English and Mathematics. (or equivalent Maths and English qualifications).
- 3 A Levels preferably including Mathematics, or related discipline. Alternatively, BTEC Extended Diploma with grades MMM or BTEC Diploma with grades DD. Overall equivalent to 96 UCAS points.
- The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
The Application process
You will initially complete an application form along with your CV. If this meets our people requirements, then you will be asked to complete a behavioural/cognitive test. From there we will invite successful candidates to an assessment centre in March that will consist of a group activity and individual interview.
