Can you see yourself working at the heart of a global business? We serve more than a hundred airline customers in Civil Aerospace Services – keeping thousands of Rolls-Royce powered aircraft taking off and landing on time, at hundreds of airports, in almost every country of the world. Our Aerospace Services Business Degree Apprenticeship will develop your skills and knowledge so that you’ll be able to manage the projects, plans, components, contracts, and supplier relationships that are vital to our success. This is a fast-paced and growing part of our business, and there has never been a more exciting time to join us.

Everyone is unique, so every Rolls-Royce journey is different too. We'll help you to find your way and discover your potential. Your unique personality, passion, and sense of purpose makes us who we are and a place where everyone belongs. And anything is possible.

What you’ll do

You’ll spend four years working with cross-functional, global teams, helping to define and achieve our customer delivery plans. You could be working with our delivery teams to plan how we maintain our engines while in service, or with our global network to ensure engines are removed and overhauled on time. Another placement could see you working alongside our Service Managers to determine and define key customer and Rolls-Royce requirements. At the same time as developing practical knowledge, you’ll also study for a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management. Combined, these experiences will equip you for a business role with a huge breadth of opportunities.

What you’ll need

5 GCSEs at grade 4/C which must include Maths and English Language. Plus 3 A-levels at grade C, excluding General Studies or a Level 3 Extended BTEC at DDM, ideally in business-related subjects (equating to minimum 96 UCAS points). Obtained or predicted.

Every bit as important as your academic achievements, are the personal qualities you bring to the role. We’re looking for people who are purpose-driven and passionate about delivering what they promised to. We need logical and analytical thinkers who can solve problems with a common-sense approach and work well in a team.

What you’ll get

  • A competitive starting salary with annual pay rises
  • BA (Hons) degree in Business Management (University of Derby)
  • Competitive pension and 33 days’ holiday per year (including bank holidays)
  • Career support from day one
