Join our Marketing Operations Team: 

The purpose of this degree apprenticeship role is to support a team of product line specialists (PLM team) managing its labelling product portfolio setup and process of new product introduction across markets by having a focus on project information and alignment delivery.

The marketing operations program analyst works with stakeholders in marketing, operations, technology, compliance, GBS and other service providers to deliver agreed activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain overall labelling delivery plan, including milestones and identification of key dependencies between other projects to ensure an updated and robust PLM roadmap.
  • Co-ordinate labelling project setup across markets. Build, maintain and communicate PLM project status through governance, to ensure wider business stakeholders are aware of programme status incorporating any risks, issues or milestones requiring attention. 
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure labelling project delivery as per corresponding KPIs.
  • Support and facilitate the annual audits across marketing and marketing operations. Liaise with stakeholders to review audit process and criteria to ensure the teams are prepared and empowered to manage this activity independent of functions.
  • Deputise the marketing operations manager at the CMR and all S&OP meetings.
  • Create proactive plans to support reduction of labelling incidents and review/ initiate a pragmatic continuous improvement approach to grow efficiencies.
  • Support the marketing operations manager in driving the PLM budget cycle.
  • Support the marketing operations team to maintain and manage vendor relationships with actions and minutes recorded.
  • Supply inputs for process improvement and simplification of labelling activities by driving digital and agile working forward as part of continuous improvement.
  • Be a super user of Fusion and ODIMS.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships by setting expectations, priorities and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Manage own labelling projects across EMEA for certain brands.
  • Understand and fulfil agreed specific product quality & compliance accountabilities which apply to the role.

Entry Requirements: 

  • To apply, you must be aged 18 or over at the start of the programme in September 2023
  • If you’re studying A-levels or completing further education, you must be due to complete your qualification/s in 2023 (we’re unable to progress applications for students who will be part way through their studies when the programme starts).
  • A-Level B,B,C or above (112 UCAS points), or BTEC extended diploma with D,D,M or Access to HE Diploma
  • GCSE Qualifications A*-C/9-4 in English and Maths 
  • Applicants with a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification will also be considered.
