How can we engage college students to attend events and careers talks?

M&G host insights afternoons once every 3 months or so, so I would recommend students attend these along with their parents if they also need educating. It's often worked well when career advisors attend our events as well, so they are able to feed back the messages given. We have an insights afternoon on 30th May if you have any students interested - more information at [Link removed]

We have a number of insight events happening over the coming months and year for current students and parents too and they'll have the benefit of meeting current apprentices- which helps to make the opportunities available to students more relatable and engaging. We've also created some useful videos for students to explore our opportunities online, which are often a useful way of candidates understanding our business, what we do and what life as an Apprentice may be like.
