Hi, we have students here who are currently in Year 10 so may choose to take an apprenticeship at either 16 or 18.

Generally we are thinking probably 18 following A-Levels.

at 16 it would be practical or technical apprentice. at 18 it would be degree apprentice - we pay - you learn. You do real jobs and we pay your university fees

How many people are employed by Rolls Royce and how many of these are apprentices?

14 U402027 (Head of Community & Education) 6 years ago
U402027

we have over 100 years of experience of apprenticeships and know what real value they bring (and we can give)
In fact we now also have young apprentices (14 year olds on day release to RR) and board apprentices such is the value we place on apprenticeships

Do apprentices stay with Rolls Royce after they have completed their apprenticeship or is their opportunities to work with other partner organisations? If so, who do Rolls Royce work alongside?
