Hello, For Capgemini, We have a motivation question as part of our application process. Its important the candidate uses this to show a clear passion for a career in our sector and a clear focus on our particular company. Passion and enthuasism and a desire to learn is what sets candidates apart at this level in my opinion. Engaging with an employer initially, eg. getting in touch with a recruiter, going to an event also often helps candidates get an idea of the culture, knowledge which they can use in their application.

We are looking for enthusiasm and a natural curiosity to learn and find out more. We are also keen for individuals to have really considered why they want to join Moore Stephens and the department they are applying to so they should have done their research and have a logical thought process behind their decision. Finally when you're dealing with clients on a daily basis attention to detail is key so making sure they have checked and rechecked their application before they submit for spelling and grammar is essential.

Hello! We're looking for candidates to be themselves during our application process, to show honesty and to think about their motivations for the company and their longer term carer goals. Thinking about previous work experience examples and being reflective about what they have learnt during these experiences is also beneficial to an application. Hello! We look for candidates who are passionate about the area they are applying for. They do not need to experts but evidence that they have researched who we are and what we do is really important. A young person who draws on past experience or from extra curricular activities to highlight their strengths and skills really makes them stand out in an interview. We do not expect them to have masses of experience but it is important that they can evidence where they have shown leadership, communication, team work skills as an example.
